CES Websites (2004)

Things are evolving at the CES website, so now there are at least 3 major areas. Each of these subdivisions represents a different "take" on the world.

First, there is my oldest (and on-going) collection of writings, which I have renamed "CES Journal." The Journal includes articles I have written in the Software Circular series, Political Notes and some reader comments.

The Journal area is open to readers who wish to submit original work for web publication. Such work should be submitted in digital form, ready to posted as a web document. You may submit the document by e-mail.

"News & Views" includes references and citations from the international media which I find relevant and important. I select these pieces because they have something to do with subjects I am writing or thinking about. I take them as pointing out useful facts in the world of my experience.

Most of the time, I also write comments on the articles I post to News & Views. Reader Beware, everything here is slanted. (Gee Whiz! ...)

Note: I am still experimenting with Blog software, as I haven't yet found the perfect combination. So, I might pull out the rug and switch to a different Blog brand. My goal is to make it as simple as possible to contribute to the site, which I view as a community effort. In the latest word, it's a wiki.

I hope you will enjoy the reading, and pitch in with the writing, too. Your comments and contributions are welcome!
